Certification helps customers to meet supplier diversity goals set by government procurement requirements

The certification will help customers of Zethmayr LLC meet supplier diversity goals set by government procurement requirements. In addition to government agencies, many publicly owned companies set supplier diversity goals to align with national procurement priorities. The WBE certification will make Zethmayr LLC a more valuable partner to all clients that participate in supplier diversity programs.

ZETHMAYR HOSTS FTZ #176 ANNUAL MEETING, FEATURING FOUNDING MEMBER OF SITE SELECTORS GUILD

On October 6th, Zethmayr hosted the FTZ #176 2nd Annual Meeting to highlight the FTZ as an important tool for economic development.

The event featured a keynote presentation from Bob Hess, a founding member and shareholder of the Site Selector’s Guild and Vice Chairman of Newmark Knight Frank. Bob highlighted the competitive position of the State of Illinois to attraction foreign direct investment, including strengths, weaknesses and recommendations for improvement.

In addition to Zethmayr, sponsors included BDG International, the Rockford Area Economic Development Council, Growth Dimensions of Belvidere/Boone County and the Greater Rochelle Economic Development Corporation.

The State of Illinois approved the Northwest Illinois Enterprise Zone, covering Stephenson and Jo Daviess Counties. The new zone will replace the expiring zone in 2020.
